LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport, NY that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals upon the application of Juan Romero relating to the property locate at 481 Spain Gulf Road North. 

This application is filed for the purpose of a Use Variance, pursuant to the requirements of Article 5, section 5.4 Accessory buildings and structures: type, height, and location of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport July 2020.

This application is filed for the purpose of an Area Variance, pursuant to the requirements of Appendix 1 – Schedule A, Agricultural Zone, minimum lot size in acres, 10 acres of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport July 2020.

Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport, NY that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals upon the application of William & Rose Foster relating to the property located at 5458 State Route 28.

This application is filed for the purpose of an Area Variance, pursuant to the requirements of Appendix 1 - Schedule 1, minimum lot size 2 acres of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport July 2020. 

A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on May 17, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the

Town Offices at 2788 Newport Road Newport, NY 13416 at which time and place persons may be heard.
