The Town of Newport Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee invites all residents and community members to attend a public meeting to discuss a Town Trail Project that is being considered as part of the Town’s long-term recreational planning efforts.

 

 

This meeting is part of the Town’s Newport 2035 Comprehensive Plan initiative. The goal is to begin a conversation with our community about enhancing local recreation and to help prepare the Town to pursue grant funding to support the community’s shared vision after the Comprehensive Plan is completed.

 

Expanding recreational opportunities is something that will positively impact local businesses and community members of all ages. Your input is essential in helping to make sure any future Town project reflects the needs and goals of our residents.
