Variance Type:  Area Variance to construct a pole barn in an R/1, R/2 Zone.  This proposed construction does not meet requirement Accessory Buildings in Appendix 1 Schedule A found on page 55 of the Town of Newport Zoning Ordinance Adopted January 2017
