LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport, NY that a public meeting will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals upon the decision of the application of Steven E. Camp DG, LLC to the property located on 132 Graves Road & NYS Route 28 Newport Tax Map # 094.1-1-1

This application was filed for the purpose of an Area Variance pursuant to the requirements Article 7, section 7.8 pages 40-41 Signs of the Zoning Ordinance adopted July 2020.

A public meeting will be held on August, 30, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Town Offices at 2788 Newport Road Newport, NY 13416 at which time the results of the area variance will be read by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
