Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to Town Law

§176(22)(c) will be held on the 21st day of August, 2019 commencing at 5:30 PM at

Poland Fire Station 1 located at 216 New York State Route 8 Cold Brook, New York

13324 for the purposes of considering a three-year contract with the Trenton Fire

District in the amount of $21,360 for 2019, $19,860 for 2020, and $19,860 for 2021 for

the continued provision of fire protection and emergency services within a portion of the

Poland Joint Fire District traditionally served by the Trenton Fire District and to hear all

persons interested in the subject.
