Please take notice that the Planning Boardof the Town of Newport will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday 20, January 2022 at 7 PM at the Newport Town Hall at 2788 Newport Rd, Newport, NY 13416 to vote on considering the following Application:

1) Application for a Special Use Permit by Robert Carney IV at his proposed building site on 4391 STate Route 28, Herkime, NY 13350 in the Town of Newport. The Planning Board will be voting on Carney's proposal for a garage for storage of trucks in an Agricultural Zone which was presented at a Public Hearing on December 16, 2021.
