Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Newport will conduct a regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 7pm at the Newport Town Hall at 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY 13416 to make a recommendation to the Town Board of the Town of Newport regarding the following applications:

            1). Application for a Special Use Permit by Ananias Hershberger at his proposed building site on 466 N. Gage Road, Poland, NY 13431 in the Town of Newport for a Saw Mill in an Agricultural District.

            2). Application for a Special Use Permit by Daniel Yoder at his proposed building site on 339 Butler Road, Poland, NY 13431 in the Town of Newport for a Saw Mill in an Agricultural District.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will be closed to in-person attendance but will be broadcast live on Facebook. The Web address to view the meeting is www.facebook.com/newporta1/live. People may send in questions by Email [email protected] by 11 am on February 4, 2021.
