Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport, NY that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals upon the decision of the application of Andrew DiFillippo II to the property located on 472 Summit Road Newport, NY Tax Map # 100.1-1-13.
The application was filed for the purpose of an Area Variance pursuant to the requirements Article 4 Section 4.4 Agriculture Zone page 35 Home Based Business of the Zoning Ordinance adopted September 2024.
A public hearing will be held on May 22, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Office at 2788 Newport Road Newport, NY 13416 at which time the ZBA will hear this case: 2025-003.
