Please take notice that the Newport Town Board will conduct a Public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 7 pm at the Newport Town Hall, 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY 13416 to consider the following application:

Application for David Kermizian to have his property at 5675 State Route 28, Tax ID 094.3-2-8.8-(17.30 acres) be changed to a Planned Business District.

The Newport Town Board will consider public response and the impact the project will have. Persons wishing to appear may do so and will be heard.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board before or at the hearing.

Also at the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Town Board will start working on the 2021 budget process.
