Notice of Public Hearing for the Planning Board for the Town of Newport, NY

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Newport will conduct a Public Hearing on December 15, 2022 at 7pm at the Newport Town Hall at 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY  13416 to consider the following application:

1.) Application for a Special Use Permit by Abe Miller at his proposed building site on 471 Strumlock Rd, Poland, NY in the Town of Newport.  His proposal will discuss a sawmill in an Agricultural Zone and District.

At the aforesaid Public Hearing, The Newport Planning Board, as lead agency, will consider public response and the impact the project will have on the community.
