Sealed bids will be received at the Newport Town Offices, PO BOX 519, 2788 Newport Road, Newport,

NY 13416 by August 10, 2020 @ 4:00pm for abrasive road sand-5,000 cubic yards or its equivalent by

tonnage, F.O.B., town garage. Detailed specifications required in accordance with Herkimer County

abrasive sand specifications. Delivery is required to be completed (30)-thirty days after acceptance of

the bid or date to be confirmed by the Highway Superintendent.

Bids will be opened on August 10, 2020 @ 8pm at the Newport Town Offices at 2788 Newport Road,

Newport, NY.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
