The Town of Newport is requesting (3) bids for October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021: Bid 1 for

No.2 Diesel Fuel, Bid 2 for No. 2 Quality Heating Fuel Oil and bid 3 for 24 hour service of the heating

system at the Town Offices located at 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY 13416. For complete bid

BIDS are to be turned in or mailed to the Town Clerk PO BOX 519, Newport, NY 13416.

Sealed Bids will be accepted up until 4:00PM on August 10, 2020. Bids will be opened and read on

Monday, August 10, 2020, at 7:45, at the Newport Town Office, 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY.

All contractors must quote all three bids as there will be only one awardee determined to be the best

value to the Town.

All Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Fuel Oil/Diesel/Service”

The Town reserves the right to reject any and /or all bids.
