The Town of Newport is requesting one (1) Bid for Fuel and Service for the time period of October 10, 2022 through September 30, 2023.  The bid will include three (3) separate items.  Item number one (1) is for No. 2 Diesel Fuel.  Item number two (2) is for No. 2 Quality heating oil.  Item number three (3) is for 24 hour service of the heating system.  If there is an emergency, the company will need to be here at the Town Offices located at 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY 13416 within an hour of the emergency call.  For complete bid package, contact Jason Coffin at [email protected] or call 315-845-8555.

Sealed Bids are to be turned in to or mailed to the Town Clerk, PO Box 519, Newport, NY  13416.  Sealed bids will be accepted up to 3 pm, October10, 2022.  Bids will be opened and read on Monday, October 10, 2022 at the Town Board Meeting at 7:45 pm.  All bids must be sealed and clearly marked-Diesel/Fuel Oil/Services.  The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
