LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Newport, NY that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals upon the application of Steven E. Camp DG, LLC relating to the property located on 132 Graves Road & NYS Route 28 Newport Tax Map# 094.1-1-1

This application is filed for the purpose of an Area Variance pursuant to the requirements Article 7, section 7.8 pages 40-41 Signs of the Zoning Ordinance adopted July 2020.

A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on August 16, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Town Offices at 2788 Newport Road Newport, NY 13416 at which time and place persons may be heard.

There will be limited space for attendees due to COVID restrictions, but will be broadcast live on Facebook.  The web address is www.facebook.com/newporta1/live
